Gloucestershire Employment and Skills Hub has been created to provide a central source of information and support for residents and businesses. The aim is to help residents access learning and work opportunities, as well help employers get the right people, with the right skills, in the right roles. LEAH - Linking Health and Employment
The role of Strategic Employment Support – LEAH is to address health inequalities that exist for people who are at risk of long-term unemployment or economic inactivity by establishing pathways for people accessing clinical support/interventions, and others whose health conditions or disability presents a barrier to them accessing employment. You will have experience of managing partnerships and working with people who have barriers to entering or remaining in the labour market, as well as well-developed communication and organisational skills. The post holder will work closely with other Hub services and healthcare services.
