Additionally, the manager will be responsible for developing a strategy and plan to handle future growth in the various technical verticals through capacity planning, training, and process improvement. The successful manager will also provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the engineers as they execute their assigned engagements.   Responsibilities:   Managing WWT internal project-based consultants, supporting multiple service lines across WWT.   * Build strong working relationships with our consultants and key internal stakeholders across multiple service lines * Onboarding consultants, regular meetings (1-1’s), communication, status reports, etc. * Function as the escalation path for any issues for resources * Encourage use of WWT tools and processes, and encourage resource involvement with other teams within WWT. * Responsible for staffing projects and managing utilisation for customer engagements * Capacity planning and forecasting for future engagements * Coach and mentor our consultants on PS/WWT best practice * Play a key role in ensuring our UK/APAC SR data is continuously up to date
