Responsibilities

Are you ready to define the future of customer experiences that drive cloud business success? As a Strategic Experience Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping North Star experiences for core business processes, both pre- and post-purchase. Working closely with Solution and Enterprise Architecture teams, Business Stakeholders, and UX Designers, you will:

  • Define and articulate North Star visions for digital customer experiences that support SAP’s cloud business strategy.
  • Break down these North Star experiences into actionable guidelines and standards, ensuring alignment with development, UX, and other execution teams.
  • Collaborate with UX Designers to ensure consistency, usability, and alignment with user-centered design principles, while maintaining a broader strategic focus.
  • Serve as a bridge between strategic goals and execution, providing iterative guidance to executing teams to ensure scalability and effectiveness.
  • Lead efforts to embed user-centered design principles into key processes while balancing business and technical priorities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align experiences with enterprise architecture frameworks and business objectives.
  • Act as a thought leader in service design, driving alignment across pre- and post-purchase experiences to create seamless customer journeys.

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who has outgrown traditional UX design roles and is eager to tackle strategic, cross-functional challenges that shape SAP’s cloud offerings on a global scale.
