SUMMARY: The Manager of Strategic Finance will report to the Senior Manager of Global FP&A and lead the modeling, forecasting, and analysis for key business initiatives such as strategic planning, new business development, innovation, and capital allocation. The Manager will oversee monthly and quarterly FP&A responsibilities, identify risks and opportunities versus the budget, help drive the annual operating planning cycle, and provide financial insights to executive management for profitable growth and market expansion, both within the United States and in global markets. This person will bring sharp strategic thinking, structured problem solving, and exceptional financial modeling and communication skills to help define Phusion’s long-term direction and deliver results against our most important priorities. COMPENSATION: The base pay range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 per year. The range listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus awards. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in developing and guiding the long-term strategy of the company by working across departments to build business cases for growth opportunities across the US and global markets. Collaborate cross-functionally to create new product development business plans, including volume, profitability projections, and scenario planning for market expansions or product launches. Prepare ad hoc analyses, as needed, specifically related to pricing, new product innovation, yearly operating plan, Phusion International, other FP&A activities, and executive level presentations. Develop and oversee monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including detailed analysis and commentary on company performance. Track annual plan versus actuals, build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive spending effectiveness, and monitor financial workflows for compliance and efficiency. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Advanced analytical and financial analysis skills within Microsoft Excel. Previous experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate development preferred.
