MANUAL / Voy is a leading preventive healthcare platform for men and women, with core clinical pathways across weight management, hormone treatments and mental health. The business is scaling fast - $470m annualised revenue, growing >100% YoY, operating across the UK, Brazil and Germany. This role will report to the Director of Finance & Strategy and will be part of a very lean, high-performing team. The candidate will be a business partner to leaders across Commercial, Growth, Operations and Clinical, helping to drive decision making and performance. The team is also responsible for Investor Relations and Corporate Development. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys collaborating with and influencing non-finance stakeholders at the coal-face of the business, whilst engaging deeply in the broader financial strategy of the Group. We are an office-first company, based in Borough, with at least 3 days a week to be worked from the office. What you'll be doing Partnering closely with key stakeholders across Growth, Product, Ops & Clinical, spanning all clinical pathways, to help drive decision making and prioritisation - ultimately being responsible for driving overall top and bottom line business performance Building business cases and plans for new strategic initiatives across all areas of the business Strategic and financial planning, including yearly and quarterly P&L forecasting, and driving capital allocation decisions between existing geographies and categories, as well as new bets Guiding key investment decisions, resource allocation, and strategic commercial strategies to grow the business fast and efficiently Assisting with Investor Relations and Corporate Development activities What we need from you 4+ years of experience in an investment bank, consulting firm or a similar role within a growth-stage tech company Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation, while confidently challenging stakeholders when necessary Relentless, output focused mindset; someone who loves pushing through the noise with disciplined pragmatism To be proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership; someone who constantly seeks opportunities to create and drive initiatives forward independently Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Willingness and ability to operate in an unstructured environment, tackling unstructured problems; an ability to deliver high-quality work, fast Advanced financial modelling and big data analysis skills, with the ability to deliver actionable insights What we offer Competitive market salary Generous stock option plan Gym & wellness benefit with Wellhub Cycle to work scheme Electric car scheme 25 days holidays and generous parental leave & flexible working policies Annual company retreat
