JOB DESCRIPTION

Softtek Government Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Growth Analyst to join our dynamic growth team. This role will play a key role in driving business growth and identifying new opportunities through market analysis, data collection and analysis, and recommendations and assessments.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Political Science, or a related field.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 0-2 years of experience in market research, business development, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interviewing experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems and market research tools (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Highly motivated and capable of supporting a growing federal government contracting firm.
  • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Strong follow-up and follow-through skills to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Ability to work well in a matrixed team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on government spending information, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions.
  • Utilize market research tools and technologies such as SAM.gov, eBuy, CRM systems, GovWin, Orange Slices (OS AI), and G2Exchange to gather and analyze data.
  • Data Collection: Utilize various federal business development resources, reference materials, and open-source data to collect relevant data.
  • Analysis and Recommendations: Analyze collected data and develop actionable recommendations and assessments, identifying qualified business opportunities and strategic approaches.
  • Presentation and Communication: Effectively communicate research findings and recommendations through written reports and oral presentations, as required.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain, update, and ensure data integrity of assigned company BD pipeline, managed through our CRM tool.
  • Knowledge Management: Support and manage components of the knowledge management process.
  • Representation and Networking: Represent the organization’s interests in meetings and off-site events, fostering relationships and networking opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in writing responses to Sources Sought/Requests for Information, past performance, and resumes for proposals, and develop Capabilities Briefings.
  • Support marketing and communications activities to expand brand awareness and promote company capabilities and differentiators. Tasks may include coordination, writing, event planning and execution, and campaign management.
  • Contribute to the maturation of corporate growth processes in market research, analysis, marketing, and communications, including process documentation, education, and execution.
