We’re looking for a Strategic Growth & Community Engagement Manager to take ownership of this program, drive its expansion, and build a high-performing team to make it thrive. This is an opportunity for a results-driven professional who understands marketing, CRM systems, and data analytics—and who’s ready to make an impact.
What You’ll Do
· Lead the growth of Make Texas Healthy Again, building strategic partnerships with small businesses and organizations.
· Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and outreach strategies, to drive program awareness and engagement.
· Manage CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to track leads, nurture relationships, and report on program performance.
· Analyze data and prepare monthly KPI reports covering:
- Business outreach and partnerships secured
- Social media engagement and follower growth
- Leads generated and conversion rates
- Email open and click-through rates
· Plan and attend program events, representing Feel Ideal 360 (approx. 10% out of office).
· Build and manage a growing sales and marketing team as the program scales.
What We’re Looking For
· 3–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or program management (healthcare or wellness industry experience preferred).
· Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, and data analysis are second nature to you).
· Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and a clear understanding of lead generation and sales cycles.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for engagement and growth.
· Proven ability to track and report KPIs, using data to drive decisions.
· Self-starter with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
