THE ROLE & THE TEAM
We are looking for a Strategic Growth & Assortment Manager to join our Young Fashion team. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of customer insights, commercial strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Reporting to the Head of Buying, you will shape smart, customer-centric assortment plans that scale across Zalando’s platform and drive partner and category growth.
You will work with both internal teams and external partners to ensure our customers see the right product, at the right time and in the right place - maximizing impact for partners and supporting Zalando’s commercial and assortment goals.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Work closely with Partner Consultants to guide partners on assortment mix, pricing, and commercial relevance - translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
Analyze and track weekly performance and KPIs to identify opportunities, flag risks early, and drive corrective actions in season.
Partner with teams across Buying, Planning and Partner Services to ensure seamless execution and alignment on assortment priorities.
