YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Development or Client Relationship Management role
  • Experience of supporting the planning and delivery of networking events, learning sessions, and engagement initiatives
  • Evidence of working with senior stakeholders and liaising with external clients where needed, in a deadline driven environment
  • Experience of proposal management or supporting work winning teams is beneficial

Responsibilities

As part of Savills Strategic Growth Team, you will be responsible for supporting strategic engagement with Savills key clients, building on strong relationships to grow future revenue. By supporting initiatives including the Key Client Programme, alumni network, advocacy development and knowledge-sharing events, you will make sure Savills client initiatives drive business growth.

  • Supporting the Head of Strategic Growth and Pursuit Managers to coordinate necessary information to inform client listening and capture strategies
  • Creation of consistent client-facing materials and internal updates such as Key Client Plans and round table summaries
  • Acting as a key contact for client engagement activities, making sure senior leaders have information they need from Client & Markets, Marketing, Research and other operational teams
  • Working with internal teams across Savills to align client engagement with the Key Client Programme and business growth targets
  • Supporting Savills client programmes including: client clusters; Alumni; and Talent Development Programmes, providing input from the Strategic Growth Team
  • Monitoring internal engagement with broader client initiatives across the business and reporting back to Head of Strategic Growth
  • Supporting the Strategic Growth Team to foster connections between future client advocates and senior stakeholders
  • Collaborating with Savills Regional Business Development Board to make sure critical information from key clients is shared across the UK
