ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Strategic Growth Operations Manager to sit within the Marketing team and drive the operationalization of growth opportunities at Amber.
This is a hybrid role for an analytically minded operator who can move between strategy, analytics, experimentation and execution.
You will rigorously analyse growth levers using SQL and self-serve data tools and then work cross-functionally to put your insights into motion by designing tests, launching initiatives, and scaling what works.
You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with Product, Data, and Finance but ultimately own outcomes in the Marketing & Commercial Growth space, embedding scrappy growth-ops horsepower into the team.
