Position Overview Zelis is growing—and we’re looking for a hands-on leader to join our state-of-the-art Production Facility in Tempe, AZ. This facility processes and mails over 1.4 million packages daily for more than 500 clients, making it a critical hub in our mission to transform healthcare communications. As a Production Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of production associates, ensuring smooth operations, high productivity, and a positive work environment. This is a lead-from-the-floor role—you’ll be actively engaged with your team, driving performance and fostering collaboration. Available Shift: 2nd shift - 2 pm - 10 pm What you’ll do: Oversee daily production workload to meet USPS mail pick-up times and client SLAs Lead team meetings, set goals, and coach associates for success Monitor performance using metrics and provide constructive feedback Maintain balance across quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale Communicate effectively with supervisors, management, vendors, and clients Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with service providers Ensure compliance with SOPs, HIPAA, and safety standards Support new hire training and orientation Operate production equipment when needed What you’ll bring to Zelis: High School diploma or GED 4+ years in a production environment 2+ years supervisory experience Strong leadership and analytical skills Basic computer skills; USPS mail prep knowledge preferred Mechanical aptitude Why Join Zelis?
