Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to join our dynamic People & OD team. This is a pivotal role supporting the delivery of our workforce strategy, enabling transformational change, and driving excellence in patient care through people.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders, providing expert HR advice and leading Trust-wide workforce initiatives. This is your opportunity to make a real impact in a forward-thinking organisation committed to Caring, Learning and Growing .
Lead on strategic workforce planning aligned to divisional and corporate goals
Provide expert HR advice on complex change programmes, including TUPE and service redesign
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing workforce decisions
Deliver high-quality workforce data and insights to inform strategic planning
Champion inclusive, compassionate leadership and embed the “Being Humber” values
Collaborate across the Trust to support organisational development and transformation
Ensure workforce risks are identified and mitigated effectively
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
