QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
THE ROLE:
The Strategic HR Lead is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the firm. They will lead the firm’s HR and organization, develop teams, implementing firm-wide policies and procedures that foster cultural integration and common values within a growing and complex international environment.
The HR Lead will develop a culture of collaboration and innovation across the firm and ensure that the firm’s support functions are suitably structured to support the firm’s continued growth. A strong foundation in US, EU, and UK employment law, human rights agencies, and work counsels, as well as knowledge of global HR practices is important given the international scope of the firm.
