We’re hiring an HR Business Partner to strengthen our people strategy and help build the HR foundation for our growth.
In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees, supporting everything from HR admin (for example handling leave processes) to strategic projects. You’ll lead initiatives like our salary house, career paths, and onboarding improvements, while supporting recruitment when needed. You’ll ensure compliance with Dutch labour law and help translate business needs into HR solutions that shape our future.
