Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and Implement Breakthroughs: Work with business counterparts to design performance breakthroughs and define implementation tracks.
  • Project Management: Scope problems, build project plans and timelines, and lead analysis through extensive research.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate workshops with large stakeholder groups and align interests to solve pain points.
  • Communication: Build effective presentations for EVP or excom audiences and lead regular project progress meetings.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Drive international project teams to results, leveraging strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support and participate in sustainability strategy execution and embrace new domains and areas.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Problem Scoping: Scope problems, build project plans, and timelines.
  • Project Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and lead analysis for new projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with business sponsors and stakeholders to deliver agreed value.
  • Issue Resolution: Facilitate and resolve day-to-day project issues with a consulting mindset.
  • Task Management: Assign tasks to project team members and ensure timely, quality completion.
  • Leadership Cooperation: Drive Business and IT leadership to cooperate towards common goals.
