The Strategic Change Office (SCO) leads high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic transformation across the organization. We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to the execution of our tremendous pipeline of projects. This role encompasses project and change management responsibilities for complex initiatives that require a strategic approach.
As a champion of the firm’s Strategic Change pillar, the SCO plays a critical role in fostering a culture of adaptability, innovation, and continuous improvement. SCO-led projects typically span multiple departments and business units, often involving sensitive or high-impact decisions. The SCO offers a neutral perspective to help stakeholders navigate challenges, align on solutions, and deliver results that support long-term strategic goals.
