REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is desirable.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing and pricing roles within the healthcare sector.
  • Proven expertise in NHS procurement processes, including frameworks, tenders, and contractual negotiations.
  • Experience in the private pathology market, including knowledge of client segmentation and service models.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and pricing tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing effective marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in using CRM and marketing automation platforms.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Marketing and Pricing Manager to join our dynamic team. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Marketing

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to position our services effectively in the NHS and private pathology sectors.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Lead the creation of targeted marketing campaigns to engage key stakeholders, including NHS procurement teams, private healthcare providers, and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant industry partners and networks to enhance market presence.
