Description
Lead market intelligence management by monitoring key political, policy, and economic changes, assessing their impact, and recommending strategic, structural, and investment actions. Oversee industry and competitor analysis, including benchmarking as necessary. Develop and implement innovative business models to strengthen the corporate brand. Direct GTM (Global Trade Management) planning and execution, ensuring resource alignment for both core and emerging segments. Coordinate the production of marketing materials in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Manage the marketing budget with a focus on continuous ROI improvement. Drive incremental growth and market share improvements through Policy Deployment (PD), Daily Management (DM), and effective use of RBS tools, facilitation, coaching, and change management. Partner with Commercial Leaders in development and execution of RBS Growth roadmap and deliver both formal and informal RBS training, facilitation, and coaching to commercial leaders and associates. Participate in PD and DM reviews, providing feedback to enhance outcomes. Ensure successful Kaizen events by enforcing process compliance and supporting associate development in RBS growth tools and Kaizen leadership. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of RBS growth tools by providing feedback based on experience and best practices from STG China. BA degree or above in Business Management/Marketing/Technical related filed. MBA background is highly preferred. +8 years relevant professional experience, particularly in marketing or business development functions with proven track records in handling whole cycle of impacting business development and growth, or process improvement or facilitation of continuous improvement initiatives. +5 years in a leadership role with proven ability to lead and influence senior leadership, strong mentoring, coaching and team-building skills. Demonstrated strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities to drive decision making and improvement. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, excellent organization, communication and presentation skills. Experience in a matrixed, global organization will be a plus. Excellent follow through in driving teams to deliver results from action plans Advanced writing and administrative abilities, with proficiency in office software applications. Demonstrated expertise in time and project management. Proficient in both written and spoken English.
