As Strategic Marketing Lead supporting Commercial & Regional Banking and Private Wealth, you will lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver marketing and channel initiatives that achieve the Group’s strategic objectives. Managing a team of marketing specialists you provide clear direction, coaching, and career development support. You will oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing plans, from strategy and briefing to multi-channel implementation. Use data-driven insights to measure performance, optimise campaigns, and report on results, ensuring continuous improvement and delivery against commercial targets. What do I need? Extensive experience in strategic marketing (B2B and B2C) within financial services. Proven ability to lead teams and deliver marketing initiatives that drive commercial growth across ATL and BTL channels. Strong background in navigating large, complex organisations and influencing outcomes. Skilled at challenging and influencing executive stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives. Highly adept at leveraging data and insights to attract and engage customers. Why join us?
