• Lead the Strategic Marketing team in sizing market opportunities for various segments and continuously improving data sources methods and depths to ensure the business has the most accurate, consistent and actionable understanding of the market. • Be the data source Subject Matter Expert for all markets and segments by refining existing data and developing new data sources to value market segments. • Lead the development and implementation of continuous and specific market intelligence with regards to trends, buying behaviors, and competition strategies, futures moves, strengths, and vulnerabilities. • Collect, analyze, and provide action plans with regards to customer information and intelligence in order to enhance the customer experience by helping in leveraging on portfolio penetration. • Launch the e-commerce channel in various markets to meet diverse product and service needs. • Maintain and report on product segment shares and potential growth for use in driving specific business plans and options versus competitors. • Build, maintain, and continuously improve the AFH Unified Planning Model (3 to 5 year timeframe) that compiles all strategic information such as market size, growth, share, and planning metrics to be used as the platform for business planning and decisions. • Develop the 1-year operational plan, YOY, targeting resource allocation and business investment options to support the strategic direction. • Quantify, track and update the business’ “sales equation” that equates resource deployment with account maintenance, growth and generation. • Draft and propose options for trainings & incentive plans based on quantified and validated metrics / KPIs to reward high performing team members.
