Position Summary: The Portfolio Marketing Project Manager specializes in the planning, management, and execution of marketing plans. He or she will work across functions and regions to identify the tasks and deliverables required to successfully create and execute marketing plans on time and within budget. The Portfolio Marketing Project Manager is responsible for regular communications with Offering and Marketing teams, reporting on the launch status/project health, conducting project retrospectives, triggering inputs, and completing close-out reports and checklists. The Portfolio Marketing Project Manager will work closely with Marketing Portfolio Leads, regional Marketing teams, and Offering teams to execute a successful go-to-market strategy for product launches, campaigns, and other product line initiatives. Responsibilities: - Manage marketing new product development projects from initial tiering to close out. Ensure all deliverables have owners, timelines, and budgets. Ensure project expectations are met, and roadblocks are removed. Responsible for ensuring Marketing plans are executed on time and on budget. Schedule and run launch cadence calls with all applicable team members. Ensure all launch plans are accurate, up to date, and connected to applicable dashboards. Follow current launch and campaign processes and best practices. Responsible for reporting on project status and health. Ensure all launch team members are informed of expectations and notified promptly of changes. Conduct retrospective meetings and complete close-out reports. Responsible for ensuring launches and supporting materials are announced via internal notification processes. Record and track results in baseline database. Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management. Must be able to handle many projects, adapt to changing priorities, and work well under pressure. Exceptional organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication — proactive communicator. Strong attention to detail. Ability to pick up technical concepts and applications quickly. Enthusiastic and persistent problem solver. Proven ability to develop relationships and lead cross-functional teams to achieve a common goal. Experience managing and resolving conflicting viewpoints—remove/solve roadblocks if they come up. Self-motivated; comfortable owning processes/projects and seeing them through to completion. Process-oriented. Expert knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience in Smartsheets, Google AppSheets, and Wrike is a plus. Knowledge of data center software/hardware solutions and industry trends is a plus.
