About the Job Join Allianz Technology Spain as a Strategic Operations Intern and gain hands-on experience in strategic projects, process improvement, and automation within the Spain Hub. This internship offers a unique opportunity to connect and implement global initiatives locally while developing leadership skills in a dynamic and innovative environment. What you do Assist in the planning and execution of strategic projects aimed at enhancing local operations as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project goals and deliverables. Gain insights into the day-to-day operations of the Spain Hub and support operational tasks and initiatives to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with the Spain Hub to connect and implement global initiatives whilst facilitating communication and coordination between local and global teams. Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose actionable solutions. Assist in the development and implementation of process optimization strategies. Support automation efforts to streamline operations and enhance productivity as well as learning and applying tools and technologies to automate routine tasks. Participate in leadership development programs, assessments and engage in activities that foster leadership skills and personal growth. What you bring Strong interest in operations management and process improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Take initiative, demonstrate a willingness to learn and contribute and show eagerness to explore new ideas and approaches. Exhibit reliability and accountability in tasks and projects whilst striving for high-quality work and continuous improvement. Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to deal with many projects simultaneously. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fiel Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
