Bringing Ingenuity to Life. Job DescriptionThis is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days a week in our London, Victoria office, in line with company policy.The primary objectives of the role are to drive sales behaviour change in PA through the CSU (Central Support Unit) team and the Sales Transformation programme.  Each workstream within the CSU and the Transformation programme has a leader and a team.  The role is to drive the effectiveness of all, reporting to the Head of the CSU and supported by a Sales Operations Lead.ResponsibilitiesThe role would support market leads and the collaboration lead in the following specific areas: Overarching support to Sales.  Provide ad hoc project management, analysis and materials in support of the overall drive for improved sales, including: Driving bid content management programme in preparation for AI bid writing tool implementation Provide support to sales activation, sales campaigns, sector marketing campaigns and account best practice across PA Structuring, gathering and making available bite size training workshops and facilitators in sales subjects (e.g. bid writing, win themes, commercial models, Relationship masterclasses etc.) Developing and maintaining the onboarding training for all new CSU recruits Maintaining all sales and CSU related SharePoint sites (Bid Manual, Sales Hub. Bidding Excellence, CSU, Bid Writing guides, Sales transformation etc.) Become a super user (with support) on CRM, LinkedIn and other sales related platforms to provide best practice advice and guidance to the wider business (as opposed to technical support through Global Service Desk) Support creation of Sales Board Papers, QBRs and other regular reports Support to Sales Transformation.  Working with the appropriate Partner and CSU leads, to ensure agreed deliverables are being progressed, barriers to progress identified and overcome, and that implementation is undertaken in such a way as to change sales behaviours within PA.  Specifically:  Maintain agile way of working  Implement a strong governance process  Remain dissatisfied with deliverables until they have turned into behaviour change and impact Integrate outputs and communications into campaigns to maximise impact Provide progress reports and feedback through to Head of CSU, Head of Markets and the Client Committee as required Provide and manage workshops, bite size sessions and campaigns QualificationsAbout YouYou are an organised, proactive and people-focused professional with proven experience in supporting sales and marketing activities within large organisations, ideally in a professional services or consultancy environment.You excel at building relationships and delivering impact through collaboration, and serve as a single point of contact for sales-related knowledge.Key skills and experience required:Demonstrable experience in sales activation, account management, and supporting sales campaignsStrong knowledge of sales technologies (such as CRM systems and LinkedIn), with the ability to coach othersSkilled in delivering training workshops, bite-sized learning sessions, and creating impactful sales communicationsExcellent project management and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detailProven capability in supporting technology change initiatives and driving best practice adoptionPeople skills – build relationships quickly and deliver impact through those relationships.Knowledge – act as a single point of contact for sales-related knowledgeOrganised – punctilious and tenacious about actions, promises and deliverablesSales led – growth oriented, able to spot and help develop potential opportunitiesSelf-starter – working directly with a variety of PA leaders comfortable to define own tasksProactive – understand the overall objective of the role and manage time and resources to deliverIf you are motivated by enabling sales teams to achieve their best, thrive in collaborative environments, and enjoy driving behavioural change, we would be pleased to hear from you.We know the skill-gap and ‘somewhat need to tick every box’ can get in the way of meeting brilliant candidates, so please don’t hesitate to apply – we’d love to hear from you.Apply today by completing our online application#LI-HM3Additional InformationLife At PA encompasses our peoples' experience at PA.
