POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Strategic Organizational Management professional with exceptional marketing and business development acumen who thrives behind the scenes and delivers outstanding support across a wide range of high-impact initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional coordination, it requires a proactive, marketing-minded strategist who can elevate Keyser’s presence and influence across multiple channels.
You will be responsible for organizing, facilitating, and executing internal and external deliverables that directly impact Keyser’s brand and growth strategy, tied to the firm’s many organizational relationships, industry groups, nonprofit boards, advisory councils, and professional alliances. Success in this position hinges on your ability to craft compelling narratives, identify business development opportunities, and deliver creative marketing solutions that position Keyser and its representatives as thought leaders.
In this role, you will partner directly with multiple Keyser team members who represent the firm in high-profile organizations, ensuring they are equipped with not only flawless administrative and strategic support but also high-impact marketing strategies and tools to maximize visibility, engagement, and relationship-building opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in strategic coordination, executive support, marketing project management, or professional services administration.
  • Strong Marketing Mind and Capabilities Required.
  • Networking style Business Development experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
  • A proactive, ownership mindset, “no task too small” philosophy.
  • Experience in real estate, professional services, or high-touch client service environments is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
  • Organizational Initiative Management: Coordinate all aspects of Keyser’s participation in external organizations, including memberships, speaking engagements, hosted events, sponsorships, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Marketing & Deliverables: Create and manage outreach materials, one-pagers, white papers, decks, bios, and brand-aligned content that support our presence within each organization.
  • Membership Recruitment Coordination: Support Keyser’s efforts to grow membership or involvement in affiliated organizations by coordinating outreach efforts, tracking engagement, and ensuring proper follow-up.
  • White-Glove Support: Provide exceptional administrative and strategic support to the Keyser team member(s) leading the organizational relationship, including scheduling, preparing materials, coordinating meetings, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Internal Project Management: Maintain detailed oversight of multiple organizational calendars, deadlines, and deliverables. Ensure internal members are briefed and prepared for key moments.
  • Onboarding & Relationship Facilitation: Manage onboarding workflows for new organizational initiatives and ensure internal Keyser members are aligned on expectations, responsibilities, and timelines.
