This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 3000000 - Rs 6000000 (ie INR 30-60 LPA) Min Experience: 12 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time This role focuses on driving the growth of the partner ecosystem by collaborating with GSIs, ISVs, and enterprise technology partners. You will work across strategic, commercial, and technical functions to build strong partnerships, support enterprise deal pursuits, and strengthen market presence across key sectors such as BFSI and Government. The position requires someone who can align teams, manage high-value collaborations, and create scalable go-to-market initiatives that accelerate revenue. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a structured partner ecosystem strategy. Identify, onboard, and manage GSIs, ISVs, and technology partners. Build joint GTM plans and enablement programs for partner success. Drive enterprise revenue through partner-led opportunities and co-selling motions. Pursue and close large deals in BFSI and Government sectors. Create joint value propositions and maintain a strong partner pipeline. Build strong C-level relationships across partner organizations. Represent the organisation at partner and industry events. Work with product and sales teams to build partner-ready solutions. Define incentives, frameworks, and processes for commercial and technical alignment. What Makes You a Great Fit 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology partnerships. Proven success working with GSI and ISV partnerships. Strong understanding of BFSI and Government technology environments. Experience in strategic partnership development and enterprise sales. Ability to manage complex deal cycles and partner-led opportunities. Strong technical solution-selling skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
