ABOUT THE ROLE
The Strategic Partnership Manager oversees key strategic client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction with Altasciences services. The Strategic Partnership Manager coordinates client needs across Altasciences sites and service lines fostering partnerships tailored to optimize and enhance strategic partnering. They facilitate internal and external information sharing, act as a point of escalation, maintain oversight of customer portfolios and collaborate with Business Development and the Executive Leadership team on Customer strategy. They are responsible for identification and tracking of informative KPI’s, identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives to effectively help partners achieve drug development objectives.
