The Children’s Society has been helping children and young people in this country for over 140 years. We run local services that support children when they are at their most vulnerable and in desperate need of help. We’re there for children, every step of the way.
This role sits within our Social Impact Domain, and will lead our Partnership Development and Business Development across the South of England area, building positive relationships across the public sector and maintain our restricted income pipeline
We are currently looking for a highly organised person to join our dynamic, ambitious team.

In order to be successful in this role you must:

  • Have the ability to effectively network and build partnerships across the Public and VCSE sectors in the South of England
  • Have experience of working in/leading services supporting Children, Young People and/or Families
  • Be able to competently summarise and present complex information including service models, outcomes data and demographics

It would also be an advantage if you have any of the following skills and competencies

  • Experience of ECRM systems, particularly MS Dynamics
  • A qualification in Youth Work, Social Work, Community Work or an equivalent
  • Previous experience of Public Sector bid and tender processes

The Children’s Society runs over 100 local services that help thousands of young people who desperately need our support, and we campaign to get laws and policies changed to make children’s lives happier and safer.
Every day we’re changing the lives of children in this country for the better – and with your help, tomorrow we can be there for even more.
