Position Overview To lead Bioiatriki’s strategic partnerships agenda across insurance, B2B clients, reference laboratories, and clinical trials, shaping and executing growth strategies that expand access, strengthen collaborations, and enhance the Group’s leadership in healthcare. The role reports to the Senior Commercial Director. Key Responsibilities Define and implement the Group’s partnership strategy, aligning with Bioiatriki’s commercial, medical, and innovation priorities. Act as a key advisor to the Senior Commercial Director and Executive Team on external growth opportunities. Drive synergies across multiple verticals — insurance, corporate clients, laboratories, and research — ensuring cohesive execution and value creation. Oversee all relationships and agreements with insurance partners, ensuring alignment of commercial terms, reimbursement structures, and service coverage. Develop long-term collaboration models that improve accessibility and sustainability for insured patients. Lead Bioiatriki’s B2B engagement strategy, including contracts with corporate clients, occupational health programs, and preventive check-up initiatives. Build scalable corporate partnerships that drive new patient channels and strengthen the Group’s corporate wellness offering. Expand Bioiatriki’s network of reference laboratory collaborations (local and international), enhancing technical and scientific capability. Oversee clinical trial partnerships with CROs, hospitals, and research institutions — ensuring compliance, efficiency, and innovation alignment. Monitor healthcare, diagnostics, and research market trends to anticipate partnership opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Life Sciences or Health Management. A master’s degree (MBA/MSc) is highly preferred. Minimum of 12 yeas of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences, with strong exposure to business development, insurance, or strategic partnerships. Proven success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships and executing cross-functional projects. Deep understanding of the Greek healthcare ecosystem — payers, providers, corporates, and research networks. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and execution discipline.
