  • Work from partner target lists identified by the Strategic Partnerships Manager and Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, conducting research to qualify fit against Sokin's ideal partner profile
  • Identify and map the right personas within target organisations (e.g. Treasury, Finance, Payments, Commercial leads)

2. Outreach & Engagement

  • Proactively engage identified personas through outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) to generate interest
  • Qualify partner needs and interest level before booking meetings
  • Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings for the Strategic Partnerships Manager or Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager
  • Support with meeting preparation, including background research and briefing notes

3. Sales Cycle Support

  • Stay engaged through the wider sales cycle, supporting the Managers with follow-ups, coordination, and administrative elements of deal progression
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach, qualification status, and meetings booked in the CRM

4. Market & Sector Learning

  • Build a working understanding of the GCC payments landscape, including Fintech, Banks, FIs, ecommerce, marketplaces, travel, and logistics
  • Develop knowledge of cross-border payments and FX fundamentals to have credible early-stage conversations with partners

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Confident communicator with strong outbound outreach and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage a high volume of outreach and qualification activity
  • Comfortable working towards meeting/qualification-based targets
  • Genuine interest in payments, fintech, and the GCC market
  • Experience in a high-growth FinTech or startup environment is a plus
