STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER – ENTREMD

About EntreMDEntreMD is a movement on a mission: to help physicians build profitable businesses so they can serve their patients, own their time, and create financial freedom. We are scaling to reach 10,000 physician entrepreneurs in the next three years through our Business School, Profitable Private Practice Movement, and live events.
To achieve this, we are looking for a Partnerships Manager who thrives on creating win–win relationships, opening doors, and putting EntreMD in front of large audiences of private practice physicians.
This is not a “fluffy networking” role. This is a business growth seat, measured by very clear results.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for expanding EntreMD’s reach and visibility by securing high-value partnerships, events, and media opportunities that directly drive our growth goals. Success in this role means:

YOU’RE PERFECT FOR THIS ROLE IF…

  • You’re a connector at heart — you love reaching out, following up, and building meaningful business relationships that lead to measurable outcomes.
  • You’re driven by results, not just effort — you don’t just want to “build relationships,” you want to see those relationships turn into booked stages, new leads, and signed deals.
  • You’re tenacious — you don’t mind following up seven times if that’s what it takes to land the partnership. You hear “no” and treat it as “not yet.”
  • You’re a storyteller — you can pitch EntreMD in a way that makes associations, vendors, and media excited to put us in front of their audiences.
  • You have experience in business development, partnerships, PR, or event booking — ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or professional services.
  • You’re organized and metrics-driven — you can track your pipeline, manage follow-ups, and deliver monthly reports showing exactly how your efforts are fueling our 10,000 member goal.
