Strategic Partnership Manager - NHS Services
We are currently looking to recruit a Strategic partnership manager to our existing team. In this role you will develop and maintain partnerships with our NHS colleagues (ICBs, Provider Trusts), Local Authorities and other stakeholders. You will promote Clinical Partners high quality NICE compliant innovative pathways whilst working in partnership to develop solutions to help the business grow.
The successful candidate will use their understanding of the complex systems and ways of working within the NHS to find solutions for the challenges faced by Clinical Partners’ customers. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to be an exceptional communicator and drive to develop and maintain long term relationships delivering and outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sustain existing and build new long-term relationships at all levels with our NHS partners and wider stakeholders
  • Build relationships with, and work alongside operational colleagues to ensure contract requirements are successfully achieved
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues across the business e.g. finance, marketing and medical
  • Understand our competitors and how CP services can be differentiated from them
  • Document and report strategic changes in the marketplace which put any CP provision at risk
  • Identify service gaps in the market that CP could provide based on demand, clinical expertise and overall commercial opportunity
  • Ensure the business continues to grow through delivering exceptional partnerships
  • Identify potential contract and other joint working opportunities and progress as required

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree level education or an equivalent level of relevant experience
  • Relevant experience in the healthcare sector, either with or for the NHS
  • Track record of business growth in a relevant field
  • Experienced in developing and delivering customer presentations to audiences of commissioners, providers and stakeholders
  • Understanding of ICB, LA and NHS England commissioning
