ABOUT YOU



    • You have relevant professional experience in the field of development, performance and leadership, ideally in a software engineering company. You hold an excellent university degree in psychology, education, anthropology, sports psychology or social sciences.

    • You have project management experience and have the confidence to successfully and independently drive your own topics and make decisions.
    • You bring expertise in designing and implementing development and performance measures. Bonus: You have experience as a trainer or moderator.
    • You can always rely on your excellent organizational skills that enable you to handle multiple topics simultaneously.
    • You have excellent communication and moderation skills. You have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization (company language is English). You are inspiring, assertive and present yourself confidently in front of a group.
    • A highly dynamic and fast moving work environment motivates you. You’re ambitious and always looking for the next challenge.
    • You are empathetic and understand our members’ needs. Through your practical experience, you have tools and methods at hand to coach and support our leads and members in mastering their challenges to improve their performance.
