Job Description: 組織説明基地局インテグレーション推進課は、基地局の電波発射作業（以下、TI作業）のHubであり基地局建設現場とグローバルオペレーションセンターと連携し、TI作業の促進をしています。当課のRoles & Responsibilitiesは以下4つです。 1.各無線機やソリューション毎にTI作業の商用展開プロセスの構築と技術支援 2.TI作業のマネージメント（進捗管理、リスクマネージメント） 3.TI作業後の監視/保全部門への引継ぎ 4.TI作業の発注検収管理部署構成と役割分担は、以下のとおりです。 TI技術企画・TI作業の商用展開プロセス構築・設定データ準備、作業申請/承認取得・無線ネットワーク設定作業時のテクニカルサポート（RAN/GC/OSS）・監視/保全部門への運用引き継ぎ TIオペレーション・TI作業の地域サポート、進捗管理・TI作業の発注検収業務業務内容プロセス構築と標準化：TI作業の効率化と品質向上を目指したプロセスの構築および標準化技術ドキュメント作成と管理：TI作業に関するオペレーションや障害等の技術ドキュメントの作成、更新、および管理サービストライアル：新規導入製品や構成の商用トライアルの計画、実施、サポート RCA（Root Cause Analysis）促進の実行と管理：基地局のシステム障害に対するRCAの実行および管理他、オペレーションやテクニカルのマネジメント：TI作業全般に関するオペレーションおよび技術的なマネジメント必須要件コミュニケーション能力があり、チームでの協働作業が得意な方分析力と問題解決能力を備えた方柔軟に業務を推進出来る方 PCスキル（Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint）日本語：ビジネスレベル（JLPT N1）英語：TOEIC 600点または同等の英語力歓迎要件通信インフラ、携帯電話基地局やネットワーク技術に関する知識をお持ちの方、または通信インフラエンジニアの実務経験プロジェクトマネジメントの実務経験をお持ちの方、またはプロジェクトのリード経験者システム障害の原因を特定し、迅速に解決を出来る方リソース、コスト、リスク、ソフトウエア製品品質、作業品質のマネジメント能力をお持ちの方陸上特殊無線技士、PMP資格をお持ちの方 Languages: English (Overall - 2 - Intermediate), Japanese (Overall - 3 - Advanced) Looking for members to join our mobile phone business “They cannot succeed if they step into the field at this late date” Some people say Rakuten is reckless in trying to enter the mobile communications business. Responsibilities
