Description
Job Purpose: Lead the development, enhancement, documentation, and governance of strategic and operational performance indicators, including strategic plan risk indicators, and ensure alignment between strategic and operational domains. Key Responsibilities: Develop and update strategic and operational performance indicators and strategic plan risk indicators. Prepare reports evaluating the integrity and validity of performance indicators. Document performance indicators in dedicated scorecards including historical data where applicable. Provide a strategic map model illustrating the linkage between strategic and operational domains. Prepare a guideline manual covering definitions of strategic and operational indicators, development methodology, monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, improvement and modification processes, and associated challenges and risks. Perform other specialized assignments as directed by the Department Director. Performance Indicators Achievement rate according to the action plan. Number of verified strategic indicators out of total strategic indicators. Number of verified operational indicators out of total operational indicators. Number of verified strategic plan risk indicators out of total risk indicators. Number of documented performance indicators out of total indicators. Number of submitted strategic map models. Completion percentage of the guideline manual components. Number of completed assigned tasks. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Planning or Business Administration. Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred. Professional Certifications: SPP BSC KPIP CP KPI Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in strategic planning and corporate performance management. Experience in the economic and/or customs sector preferred. Behavioral Competencies Critical thinking and problem-solving. Effective communication. Flexibility and adaptability. Strategic thinking. Ability to prioritize. Skills: Ability to collect and analyze data and convert it into valuable insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools and performance management systems. Knowledge of best practices in performance indicators. Proficiency in Arabic and English. Ability to use Artificial Intelligence technologies to improve work efficiency and performance.
