Role Overview In this role, you will be part of the Greater China President's Office, serving as a strategy planner for the GC leadership team. The position is responsible for building and managing the M&A opportunity funnel, conducting market and target analysis, and supporting BU long-term planning and growth strategy evaluation. The role works closely with Greater China President, BU leaders, Finance, Strategy, and Global teams to support investment decision-making and medium- to long-term growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop the M&A opportunity funnel aligned with GC and BU strategic priorities, including market scanning and opportunity screening. * Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis to support investment rationale. * Support target company assessment, including preliminary analysis, site visits, and coordination of due diligence workstreams with internal and external stakeholders. * Support BU three-year strategic plans and growth plans, ensuring alignment with GC and Global strategy direction. * Provide structured analysis to support leadership decision-making on portfolio optimization and strategic investment priorities * Support ad-hoc strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by VPs and the GC President’s Office. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; an MBA is a plus.  * 2–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, finance, investment, or business analysis related roles. * Strong analytical and structured thinking capability, with good communication and coordination skills; able to work with multiple functions and senior stakeholders. * Fluent English (written and spoken) for working with Global teams. * Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a strong ownership mindset.
