You will build valuable connections with business leaders, colleagues, and network with many other fellow co-op students joining ISI. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to Strategic Planning and an understanding of what a career at Irving Shipbuilding can look like. It will provide broad exposure across the business and to the highest levels of management.

• Work closely with strategic planning team to manage business objectives.
• Supports management of industry benchmarking activity.
• Provides support to monthly director meetings.
• Supports quarterly business reviews.
• Coordinates phase two of the Service Level Agreement scheme.
• Enrolled in a 4-year degree program in any discipline (business related preferred).
• Strong academic performance.
• 0-2 years’ experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Openness to learning.
• Skilled in organizing and managing a variety of tasks with varying priorities and is a fast learner and effective problem solver.
• Professional and discreet, able to operate in company board meetings.
• Interest in the shipbuilding, defense, or marine industry and a desire to join an exciting, fast-paced organization.
