About the Role We are looking for a Strategic PR & Communications Manager (B2B iGaming) to lead and execute the company’s global external communications strategy within the iGaming industry. The main goal of the role is to strengthen brand reputation, increase awareness among operators and partners, support business objectives, and develop strong expert positioning in the global B2B iGaming market. • 5+ years of experience in PR / Communications (mandatory in B2B iGaming) • Strong understanding of iGaming market structure and key players • Proven experience developing and executing PR strategies • Experience working with international media and industry events • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated industry • Fluent English and Russian Nice to Have • Experience working for iGaming provider, platform, or operator • Experience supporting major international exhibitions • Experience launching products in new markets and working with licensing • Experience developing personal brands for top executives Key Responsibilities PR Strategy & Positioning • Develop and implement global PR strategy aligned with business goals • Define key messaging and value proposition for B2B audience • Strengthen company positioning among providers, platforms, and operators • Build and promote expert positioning of the company and top management Reputation & External Communications • Manage brand reputation across international markets • Collaborate with Tier 1 B2B iGaming media • Prepare interviews, expert columns, press releases, and comments • Build relationships with industry media, influencers, and analysts • Monitor industry landscape, competitors, and tone of mentions • Implement crisis communication strategies when necessary Business Support & Commercial Alignment • Support product launches and new solutions with PR coverage • Provide communication support for entering regulated and emerging markets • Support partnerships and major operator deals • Align PR with Marketing, BizDev, Sales, and Product teams • Develop communication strategies for B2B funnel (awareness → trust → deal) Industry Events & Public Presence • Support participation in international exhibitions and conferences (SiGMA, SBC, ICE, etc.) • Organize press activities and announcements during events • Prepare speakers for panels and interviews • Maximize media impact from industry events Leadership Support • Advise C-level on external communications and reputation • Prepare public statements and speeches • Support personal brand development of top executives • Assess reputational risks related to business decisions Analytics & Performance • Monitor coverage, mentions, and share of voice • Analyze PR impact on brand and commercial metrics (leads, MQL, SQL, conversion rate) • Track competitors’ communication activity • Adjust strategy based on performance data • A chance to join a company with a strong brand and long-established reputation in the global iGaming industry • Continuous talent development and accelerated career growth opportunities • 20 days of paid vacation and 5 family days • Access to a confidential mental health support program • Business travel opportunities • Creative and strategic tasks
