As a trusted strategic partner, you will combine deep analytical rigor with business intuition to drive meaningful change Lead Strategic Pricing Initiatives: Spearhead end-to-end projects — from concept to implementation — designing new pricing models, fee structures, and steering mechanisms aligned with market dynamics and business goals Deliver Actionable Insights: Conduct advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses on pricing performance, product usage, and margin trends to inform executive-level decisions and uncover untapped revenue potential Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Monitor industry shifts and competitor activity to advise leadership on adaptive pricing strategies that maintain our competitive edge Drive Profitability Excellence: Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our profitability framework, ensuring pricing discipline is embedded across business units Partner Across the Organisation: Collaborate closely with regional Front teams, product specialists, legal, operations and finance professionals to translate strategy into operationally effective solutions Manage Change with Confidence: Develop clear communications, lead stakeholder engagements, and oversee rollouts — including planning, budgeting, impact tracking, and change enablement — to ensure successful adoption YOUR PROFILE A Master’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, ideally in strategy consulting, corporate development, or a similar strategic function within the financial services sector Sharpened analytical capabilities — comfortable analysing and interpreting complex datasets, building robust business cases, and translating findings into clear strategic recommendations Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, particularly in crafting persuasive, board-ready presentations with precision and impact Demonstrated project leadership: capable of managing multiple workstreams independently while navigating complex stakeholder requirements A proactive, solution-oriented mindset — self-motivated, resilient under pressure, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes on time Meticulous attention to detail, with an uncompromising standard for quality and execution Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset Eligibility to work in Switzerland We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
