EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Post-secondary education in supply chain management, planning, logistics, or a related technical field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience with new product introductions (an asset)
• Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
• Advanced computer skills in Excel
• Knowledge of IFS software (an asset)
• Good understanding of MRP principles, bills of materials, and logistics parameters
• Excellent understanding of production and planning processes
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where there is limited standardization
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and easily communicate information to various stakeholders
• High degree of autonomy and rigor in managing files
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and to prioritize and handle multiple files simultaneously
• Comfortable working with tight deadlines

YOUR TASKS

As a Strategic Procurement Analyst, you will play a key role in the daily analysis of supply chain performance, supporting planning activities and integrating new products. You will act as an intermediary between purchasing and manufacturing and actively contribute to the smooth flow of new designs from a procurement perspective.
