Takasago Group maintains offices, production sites, and R&D centers in twenty-seven countries and regions. Responsibilities: 1.Responsible in support of procurement lead in selection of good suppliers. Monitor suppliers based on their performance on Quality, Delivery and Overall services. 2.Responsible to support procurement lead in reducing raw material costs through global efforts, contracts and periodic cost reduction reviews. 3.Support in reviewing and improve vendor development and evaluation program. 4.Responsible for raw material standard costs update, reflecting landed costs (USD$/kg). 5.Support sample & documents request. 6.Work closely with R&D, Regulatory, Quality Assurance Dept and suppliers to ensure raw materials meet our quality standards. 7.Support R&D on sample request for creation work. 8.Assist in compilation of information for performance measurement against KPIs set. 9.Assist in reviewing performance improvement programs, including ISO. 10.To carry any additional job-related duties, this may be assigned from time to time, when and where necessary. 11.Implement and conforms to all established environmental management system. Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration, GCE ‘A’ Level or years of similar experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
The Strategic Procurement Executive supports the procurement lead in supplier selection, performance monitoring, and raw material cost reduction efforts. They also collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory departments to ensure raw materials meet quality standards and performance KPIs.
