QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Accounting, Commerce, Contract Management, or Business Law.
• Extensive experience in procurement, contract administration, and tendering.
• Government experience, highly regarded
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and legislation.
• Proficiency in contract management systems (preferably Open Windows).
• Experience in probity management and compliance auditing.

• Ensure effective tendering and contract management systems.
• Develop specifications, tendering, and contract documentation.
• Coordinate tender processes and facilitate evaluations.
• Maintain supplier management records for future sourcing.
• Train staff on tendering and contract management.
• Ensure contract processes comply with legislation.
• Provide advice on contracts, risk management, and service specifications.
• Develop and maintain procurement performance KPIs.
• Conduct audits on procurement and contract management.
