Description

We are digitizing Germany's administration.

Join us in designing software solutions for a digital and modern administration that organize the interaction between citizens and administrations in cities and municipalities - throughout Bavaria and nationwide.

What can you expect at AKDB?

Shape the digital administration of tomorrow with us! In the Portfolio department, you'll bring together development, sales, and service, manage large-scale projects like "One for All," and create smart end-to-end processes. Your work will set standards – regionally and nationwide. Sounds like an impact? It is.

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the strategic development of our product portfolio for digital citizen services.
  • You develop product visions, roadmaps and growth strategies, and derive concrete measures for our products and services from them.
  • You analyze market trends, customer needs, and legal and technological developments in the field of e-government, OZG, data protection, cloud and digital administration.
  • You identify new business opportunities, product potential and fields of innovation and assess their economic and strategic benefits.
  • You translate the requirements of municipalities, states and public clients into sustainable product strategies and prioritized development initiatives.
  • You prioritize investments and product initiatives based on customer benefits, market potential, profitability, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.
  • You are responsible for your product portfolio throughout its entire life cycle – from market analysis and development to successful scaling and further development.
  • You observe competitors, technological innovations and industry trends, and derive strategic recommendations from them.
  • You ensure that our solutions remain user-centric, economically successful, technologically future-proof and compliant with the law in the long term.

That's you

  • You have several years of experience in product management, product strategy, business development, or a comparable role with digital products.
  • You think strategically, recognize market opportunities early on, and can translate complex relationships into clear product decisions.
  • You have a good understanding of digital platforms, modern software architectures, cloud technologies, interfaces and digital business models.
  • You have experience in developing product visions, roadmaps, business cases, and strategic decision-making frameworks.
  • You understand how to bring together the different interests of customers, departments, development teams and management and align them towards common goals.
  • You work in a data-driven manner, analyzing markets and customer needs, and deriving well-founded recommendations for action from this.
  • Knowledge in the public sector, e-government or digital administration is advantageous, but not a requirement.
  • You impress with your analytical thinking, strong communication skills, initiative and a high degree of responsibility.
