STRATEGIC PROGRAM MANAGER- B2B SAAS (REMOTE)

Location: Canada (Remote)
Payrate: $31.43 CAD/hour
Duration: 12 month contract (Great potential for extension or permanent)
Hours: Full-time: M-F (Must be able to attend some meetings PST or EST)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Strategic Program Manager to support high-impact initiatives for one of Coursera’s largest, most data-driven global partners. This role is ideal for a highly organized project management professional with a strategic mindset, strong data literacy, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment across global teams.
The Program Manager will lead product pilot launches, content optimization efforts, and marketing initiatives — all while coordinating key business reviews and internal deliverables. You’ll work across Product, Marketing, Data Science, Legal, and Teaching & Learning teams to ensure success at every stage of the learner and partner journey.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-10 years of experience in program/project management in B2B SaaS/ tech environments
  • Support cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders (e.g., product, marketing, data, legal)
  • Strong data literacy — ability to synthesize analytics into clear, actionable insights
  • Project/program management skills within the B2B SaaS/Tech environment
  • In the future; able to support building presentations and leading strategic discussions with senior leaders’ including preparation of google slides.
  • Proficient with project and data Jira or similar
  • Experience with Looker or Power BI
  • Must have strong experience Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Slides)
  • Familiarity with product pilots, feature adoption strategies, and content optimization workflows
  • Ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships
  • Outstanding organization and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
  • Bonus: Experience working in edtech, digital content, or online learning environments

  • Oversee ongoing marketing, content maintenance, and translation efforts across global markets
  • Translate data into insights by analyzing feature adoption, content performance, and testing outcomes to inform strategy
  • Coordinate deliverables across internal teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely execution
  • Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews — including preparation of slides, tracking action items, and summarizing takeaways
  • Respond to ad hoc requests and feedback from stakeholders including B2B, scholarship, and learner success teams
