JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a high-calibre Strategy & Projects Manager to support the CEO in managing cross-functional initiatives, driving project execution, and ensuring alignment across business units. This is a high-trust, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in structured chaos, connects dots quickly, and builds scalable systems in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll act as a strategic right hand to the CEO, converting ideas into action, managing consultants, structuring timelines, and setting the tone for operational discipline. The ideal candidate is emotionally mature, tech-forward, and relentlessly execution-driven.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field (required).
• PMP Certification (mandatory).
• MBA or relevant Master’s (preferred).
• Certifications like CFA, CMA, or Six Sigma are a plus.

TOOLS YOU SHOULD KNOW

• Project/Task Managers: Notion, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.
• Communication: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom.
• AI Productivity: ChatGPT, Otter.ai, Notion AI, and other automation tools.
