Key responsibilities: Support the global head of strategic projects and talent management with daily business activities, including administrative tasks related to talent management initiatives. Gain hands-on experience and develop project management skills by contributing to strategic projects. Prepare management presentations and conduct research to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with various departments and international project teams to drive strategic initiatives. Compile and prepare presentations, newsletters, and other materials related to talent management projects. Ensure alignment of project materials with key stakeholder groups. Key requirements: Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program (preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Familiarity with talent management systems and project management tools. Basic understanding of project methodologies. Proficiency in MS Office.
