Job Description Are you a strategic thinker eager to negotiate game-changing deals, build resilient supplier networks, and drive efficiency in a sustainable tech company? Join TOMRA's innovative team in Senec, where you'll shape procurement strategies that support our cutting-edge sorting technologies. Key Responsibilities: Supplier Selection & Onboarding: Scout, select, and onboard suppliers for goods, services, and new parts; represent TOMRA in communications and support operational material supply. Commodity Management Strategy: Provide local input and ensure implementation of global strategies. Supplier Relationship & Performance: Act as key contact for assigned suppliers; lead negotiations, escalations, KPIs, improvement plans, and portfolio optimization (including scouting, contracts, and Approved Supplier List). Demand & Capacity Management: Identify leverage opportunities, manage risks, and collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production to drive cost savings and strategy alignment. Other: Attend trainings and business trips to maximize results. Qualifications We're seeking a proactive, creative professional with 4+ years of experience in a similar strategic purchasing or sourcing role — someone who thrives in dynamic environments, makes confident decisions even with limited data, and consistently delivers results with integrity. Advanced English (C1) and Slovak (B1-B2) proficiency. Bachelor's degree (Masters degree is an advantage). Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Collaborative team player with a flexible, solution-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel; valid B-category driving license.
