Job Title: Strategic Relationship Manager – Promoter & UHNI Outreach ( Location: Mumbai (with travel) Job Type: Full-time Working Days: Mon–Fri (8:30 AM–5:30 PM); 2nd & 4th Saturdays About the Client (Confidential Search Mandate) Our client is a leading Treasury & Risk Advisory firm with over 20 years of expertise in FX, commodities, and structured treasury solutions. Their sister concern, Billionz, is a Multi-Family Office catering to HNIs, UHNIs, promoters, and family offices. We are hiring a Strategic Relationship Manager for the Founder’s Office to lead high-impact outreach and engagement with promoters, UHNIs, and high-liquidity individuals across India. Role Overview The role involves targeting promoters, founders, and UHNI clients, identifying recent liquidity events, and setting qualified strategic meetings for the Founder & CEO. The ideal candidate comes from wealth management/private banking with a strong calling background and deep understanding of wealth products. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Outreach & Meeting Generation Identify promoters, founders, and UHNI clients with recent liquidity events (IPOs, ESOP exits, stake sales, real estate exits, M&A deals). Set up qualified, high-value meetings for the Founder & CEO. 2. Networking & Market Intelligence Track IPO filings, deal alerts, PE/VC exits, and market developments. Build networks across investment bankers, CXOs, wealth firms, and family offices. Maintain and expand a database of strategic promoter prospects. Experience Required 8–10 years in wealth management, private banking, investment distribution, or related roles. Minimum 5 years of strong calling/cold outreach experience. Strong knowledge of MF, PMS, AIF, REIT, INVIT, structured products, alternates. Experience engaging promoters, UHNIs, and C-suite clients. Experience with wealth firms, private banks, NBFCs, AMCs, brokerages, or family offices. Skills Required Excellent communication, persuasion, and pitching skills Strong research mindset and ability to track market liquidity events High confidence in UHNI/premium client interactions Market awareness (IPOs, PE deals, exits, M&A) Strong follow-up discipline and relationship-building instinct What the Client Offers ESOPs Close working with Founder & CEO High exposure to promoter networks & UHNI ecosystem Zero-politics environment Fast career progression in a dynamic setup
