As a Strategic Relationships Business Analyst, you’ll provide administrative, operational, and analytical support for our PPO network subcontracts and strategic partner relationships. You’ll work closely with the Vice President of Strategic Relationships to maintain compliance, optimize processes, and deliver exceptional service to our partners. What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day administration of PPO sub-networks and partner relationships. Maintain accurate contract details and relationship data in CRM systems. Coordinate network disruptions, provider updates, and related communications. Generate utilization reports and ad hoc analyses for sub-networks and partners. Monitor delegated credentialing requirements and ensure compliance. Organize and track security and compliance documentation (SOC reports, HITRUST, etc.). Support reconciliation of A/R and A/P related to network administration. Assist in preparing materials for partner meetings, audits, and strategic reviews. Recommend process improvements to optimize efficiency. Requirements What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: Prior experience as a Business Development Analyst or similar role in healthcare technology or related industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Dynamics). Business intelligence tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Basic understanding of A/R and A/P processes. Familiarity with provider reimbursement methodologies and claims/bill data analysis. Competencies: Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively and manage a demanding workload. Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to handle sensitive/confidential partner interactions.
