LexisNexis is seeking Strategic Research & Market Insights APAC to join our dynamic Strategy Team. If you have a passion for market research, data analysis, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, this role is for you!
About the Role
As the Strategic Research & Market Insights, you will drive research initiatives to support business growth and innovation. This role focuses on identifying market potential, emerging customer use cases, and acquisition opportunities, along with supporting continuous development and innovation programs. You will work closely with the UX team, Strategy, Product, and Sales teams to deliver data-driven insights.
Reporting into the DirectorStrategic Initiatives & Partnerships, this is a permanent full-time role, ideally based in Sydney, though we are open to candidates from other states across Australia for the right fit. We also welcome applicants from Singapore or Hong Kong, offering flexibility with either a full-time or four-day workweek, along with a hybrid home/office arrangement to support a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Research Strategy & Execution: Design and execute research projects on market trends, customer behavior, and product feasibility.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Translate qualitative and quantitative research into actionable business recommendations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure research findings inform strategic business decisions.
• Survey & Product Research: Conduct pricing research, customer insight studies, and go-to-market analyses for new products.
• Continuous Development Support: Provide research insights for innovation programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in market research, data analysis, and strategic insight development.
• Strong expertise in Qualtrics or other research tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, adaptable, and problem-solving mindset.
