The Strategic Review Analyst position (SRA) is accountable for the reviewing all request for proposal (RFP) draft documents and final documents for product and service accuracy, grammatical correctness, and consistency throughout the documents. In addition, the SRA position may review knowledgebase and template responses. Primary Responsibilities: Thorough review and understanding of all RFP documents and sales strategy documents Complete draft review for proposal writers, identifying and updating any and all grammatical errors; style guide errors and incorrect or incomplete responses Complete final review of all RFPs, correcting any grammatical errors, style guide errors and/or inconsistent errors Work within review timeline provided Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: College degree required or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience writing RFPs; preferably in PBM or Healthcare Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel, PP Proven solid Persuasive writing skill Proven solid Technical and Persuasive writing skill Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven excellent editing skills Proven strategic and Critical thinking skills Proven to be a self-starter and ability to work independently Proven ability to keep track of various project pieces Preferred Qualifications: Proven ability to re-write content in a strategic and/or persuasive client-friendly manner Proven skills editing proposal content Proven ability to identify and understand operational exceptions Proven time management - adherence to deadlines At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
